Changing habits to build a successful mindset

If you like checking off lists, accomplishing tasks, or starting to be more productive in life, this is for you. It is called the 60- Second Rule.

If some tasks take less than 60 seconds to complete, do it Now!

As an example, If your bed is undone- do it NOW! You need to clear your kitchen platform or island, do it NOW! You need to clear your work desk, do it NOW!

With these habits, it will create a Productive momentum and a healthy working environment for other tasks that will take a longer time. It will trick your mind into thinking you are accomplishing more and therefore be more productive.
